How Maria Cristina Caravaggio, trading as Alles Hub, handles personal data.
Last updated: 16 September 2026
Who we are
Maria Cristina Caravaggio (trading as Alles Hub), established in the United States, is the data controller for the personal data described here. That means we decide why and how it is used. For questions or requests, contact contact@alles-hub.com.
When your company uses Alles Hub to store information about its own staff, clients or suppliers, your company is the controller of that content and we process it on their instructions as a service provider.
What we collect and why
- Account data — name, work email, phone, job title, workspace and role. Used to create and run your account and to control who can see what. Basis: performance of our contract with you.
- Login credentials and security data — hashed passwords, sign-in tokens, sign-in times. Used to authenticate you and protect accounts. Basis: contract and our legitimate interest in security.
- Content you create — messages, files, tasks, notes, documents, client records and similar entries. Used to provide the service to your workspace. Basis: contract.
- Support messages — what you send us when you ask for help. Used to answer you. Basis: contract and legitimate interest.
- Usage and device data — pages used, actions taken, approximate location, IP address, browser and device identifiers, error logs. Used for security, fraud prevention, troubleshooting and improving the product. Basis: legitimate interest.
- Billing records — package, invoices and payment status. Card details are never seen or stored by us; they are handled by our payment provider. Basis: contract and legal obligation.
- Marketing contact — where you ask to hear from us. Basis: consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
Who we share data with
- Service providers that host and operate the platform for us — cloud hosting and database, email delivery, error monitoring and analytics, and AI features you choose to use. They act on our instructions.
- Stripe, our payment provider, for the sale of packages, subscription management, payments and invoicing.
- Services you connect yourself, such as email, calendar or social accounts, so the features you switch on can work.
- Professional advisers (legal, accounting) and authorities where we are required by law.
We do not sell personal data.
International transfers
Our providers may process data outside your country, including in the EU and the United States. Where that happens we rely on recognised safeguards such as standard contractual clauses or adequacy decisions.
How long we keep it
Account and workspace content is kept while the account is active. After an account is closed we keep it for a short recovery window and then delete or anonymise it. Billing and tax records are kept for as long as the law requires. Logs are kept for a limited period for security and troubleshooting.
Your rights
Subject to the law that applies to you, you may ask for a copy of your data, correction of inaccurate data, deletion, restriction of use, portability, or object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where we rely on consent you may withdraw it at any time. Write to contact@alles-hub.com and we will respond within one month. If you are in the UK or EEA you also have the right to complain to your data protection authority.
Security
We use appropriate technical and organisational measures, including encryption in transit, encrypted storage, role-based access controls, workspace isolation so one company cannot see another's data, and audit logging. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to keep risks low and will tell you about incidents that affect you as required by law.
Cookies
We use cookies and similar storage that are strictly necessary to sign you in and keep your session, plus limited analytics to understand how the product is used. You can clear or block cookies in your browser settings, though the platform will not work properly without the essential ones.
Changes
If this notice changes we will update this page and the date at the top, and tell you in the app when the change is significant.
