30-day money-back guarantee
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date, for any reason.
How to request a refund
Refunds are processed through our payment provider, Stripe. To request one, email us at contact@alles-hub.com with your order details and we will arrange it for you.
How long it takes
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Depending on your bank, the money usually appears within five to ten business days.
Free trial and renewals
Monthly packages include a 14-day free trial, so nothing is charged during the trial and there is nothing to refund. You can cancel at any time from Packages & Billing in your workspace. If a renewal was charged unexpectedly, contact us at contact@alles-hub.com and we will make it right.
Additional users
Users added part-way through a period are billed pro rata. If you remove users, the change applies from your next renewal, and we are happy to review any charge that looks wrong.
