1. Who you are contracting with

Alles Hub is operated by Maria Cristina Caravaggio ("we", "us", "our"), established in the United States. By creating a workspace, subscribing to a package or otherwise using the platform, you enter into an agreement with Maria Cristina Caravaggio. You can reach us at contact@alles-hub.com.

2. Acceptance of these terms

By continuing to access or use the platform you agree to these terms. If you are using Alles Hub on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind that company. If you use it as an individual, you confirm you are of legal age in your country.

3. What the service is

Alles Hub is a subscription workspace for running a business: chat, drive, tasks, projects, CRM, support, finance, HR and payroll, documents, notes, catalogues, email, guides, flows, whiteboards and password management. Features available to you depend on the package you select.

4. Your account

You must give accurate registration information and keep it current. You are responsible for keeping login credentials confidential and for all activity carried out under your accounts, including the accounts of team members you invite.

5. Acceptable use

You must not, and must not allow anyone else to:

• use the platform for any unlawful purpose, fraud, spam or deceptive activity;
• upload or distribute content that infringes anyone's intellectual property or privacy rights;
• interfere with the security or integrity of the platform, including introducing malware, probing or scanning systems, bypassing access controls or scraping data;
• resell, redistribute or sublicense the platform, or circumvent package limits;
• reverse engineer, decompile or copy the software.

6. Licence and intellectual property

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the platform within the package you have selected, for the duration of your subscription. We retain all ownership and intellectual property rights in the platform, its software, documentation and branding. You keep ownership of the content and data you upload, and grant us a limited licence to host and process it solely to provide the service to you.

7. Service availability

We work to keep the platform available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Maintenance, updates, third-party outages or events outside our reasonable control may affect availability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

8. Packages, payment and subscription terms

Packages are billed monthly or yearly in advance, and renew automatically for the same period until cancelled. Additional users beyond your package allowance are charged at the published per-user rate and added to the same subscription. Prices are shown before purchase, and taxes are applied where required.

Payment, billing, invoicing, tax, cancellation and refund mechanics are processed securely by our payment provider, Stripe. You can cancel at any time from Packages & Billing in your workspace; access continues until the end of the paid period. Refund requests are covered by our Refund Policy (30-day money-back guarantee).

9. Payment processing

Payments are processed by Stripe. Your card details are entered directly into Stripe's secure checkout and are never seen or stored by our servers.

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access where there is a material breach of these terms, non-payment, a security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. Where reasonable we will warn you first and give you a chance to fix the problem. You may stop using the platform at any time. After termination you will have a reasonable window to export your data, after which it may be deleted.

11. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, consequential or special damages, including loss of profits, data, business or goodwill. Our total liability in connection with the service is capped at the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury where the law does not allow exclusion.

12. Your indemnity

You will indemnify us against claims arising from the content you upload, your unlawful use of the platform, or your breach of these terms.

13. General

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States, and its courts have jurisdiction over disputes. You may not assign this agreement without our consent; we may assign it as part of a merger, acquisition or reorganisation. Neither party is responsible for delays caused by events beyond its reasonable control. If we change these terms we will update this page and the date above; continued use means you accept the update.
